
The problem brief - Integrating new design on the logged in meeting
Linnea was part of a large design group to implement a new design system and a new user friendly design. The main goal was to make the design more human friendly and through a new graphic profile that incorporated more colour, images and illustrations as well as more focus on ux-copy the goal was achieved.
She was the only designer part of a developing team focusing on the logged in part of the banking experience. Her work consisted of changing UI components and implementing in into code. The work included prototyping, user interviews and user testing as well as coding front-end and updating the design system.

The result
During Linnea's time and work the bank went through a rebranding and the fully logged in experience mirrored the new branding. The work with the rebranding lead to Länsförsäkringar recieving the award for best bank 2017 by IDG and according to Svenskt Kvalitetsindex kundnöjdhetsmätning(Swedish Qualityindex satisfied customer measurement) they were the single actor on the banking market with the most satisfied private and business customers.
