
Project Brief
SVT has gone from a broadcasting company to finding itself in a situation of change where new streaming services compete for their content. Their systems however were not built for this new streaming-reality and new ones have been added throughout the years making the current program planning complicated.
Linnea has worked as a service designer to suggest a possible future forward. Focus on creating a seamless digital experience for the future of screening rights and tableau planning. Linnea carried out observations, interviews, user journeys, and impact mapping. Data from user journeys and impact mapping have been used in the management team, leading to a decision to procure a new system. Linnea was part of a core team with a project manager, a business developer, en architect, and a system manager.
